Returns and Exchanges

We strive to deliver quality products. If for any reason your order needs to be returned, please contact us. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders. We will honor returns or exchanges on non-custom designs within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns due to no fault of the seller. We will ship all exchanges out promptly after receiving the original sign. We will not issue refunds for rust if you have purchased an unfinished/unpainted/bare metal sign. If you have any issues, at all, please contact us immediately at rhodeswelding@yahoo.com.
